Message	had one problem with them, i used an injector cleaner and it totally disintigrated (sp) on of them. random tech stood by their products and sent me new ones, but i had to then pay the guy to re-weld the new ones in. Other than that, i loved them. i too had gutted the stock ones, and then added the random tech cats. If i recall correctly i didnt notice much of an increase over the gutted ones, in terms of low end power. i went with them for the same reason, the price. its a nice option over new stock ones and still a little less restrictive than stock too. thats about all the info i can give you on my experience.
